CAF Have Removed NFF President, Amaju Pinnick As 1st Vice President


In a new report reaching us at simplybestrend, the national chairman of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have been removed as the Vice President of Confederate of Africa Football (CAF).

This new development was decided at the CAF’s Exco meeting held after they had concluded their Thursday congress. According to a tweet by a BBC reporter,  Osasu Obayiuwana,  the details or why they have taken this action is not made public yet.

A new set of Officials were elected immediately after they had removed the previous ones,  Constant Omari is the new CAF 1st Vice President, Fouzi Lekjaa as 2nd Vice President from Morocco and Danny Jordan from South Africa as the 3rd Vice President.

If you would recall, CAF excos have been faced with so many misconduct allegations and raud lately, even the Association President’s,  Mr Ahmad Ahmad in France was arrested and detained for about four hours.

Mr Amaju Pinnick too, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) chairman and the then 1st Vice president of Confederation of African Football (CAF), was charged to court in his home town in Nigeria for fraud and other misconducts but he has never showed up in court.
